Easter Services - Let's Celebrate!

Easter is such a special time in the life of our church. Jesus did something so incredible for humanity and we want to reflect on that and celebrate what that means. So join us:

18 April: Good Friday Contemplative Service @9:30am followed by Hot Cross Buns

20 April: Easter Sunday Service @9:30am w/ Message “Resurrection Power” followed by Easter Egg Hunt!

Menshed Garage Sale - 10 May @8:00am-1:00pm

If you’re looking for a fun Saturday morning activity, a unique gift for a friend, some tools for your kit AND a BBQ with tea and coffee, then come to Beacon on Saturday the 10th of May. Our Beacon Menshed are hosting a garage sale, with a host of goods including tools and hand-crafted items. Please remember to bring cash!

State of Origin Watch Party - Wednesday 28 May @7:00pm

There’s nothing like watching the game on the big screen with a bunch of other footy fans AND knowing that you’re supporting a good cause! Come along to Beacon on Wednesday the 28th of May at 7:00pm for a State of Origin Watch Party where the Maroons take on the Blues. All funds raised will support Leichhardt State School Chaplaincy, and there’s food and a Lucky Door Prize! Contact Jacob at youth@beacon.org.au for more details and cost.

Church Prayer Night - Wednesday 11 June @7:00pm

We believe in a loving God who is powerful and listens to our prayers, so let’s come to Him with the needs of our community, our church, our nation and our world. Let’s be prayer warriors who ask for God’s help and worship Him together. Prayer Nights are great opportunities for us to get together, praise God and pray in unity. They are amazing nights, and I encourage you to come along.

Tool School for Women - Tuesday 10:00am-12:00pm

Join the Beacon Menshed every Tuesday 10:00am-12:00pm, as they teach basic DIY repairs and maintenance using power tools. If you’ve ever wanted to learn more about how to fix things around the house, then this is the workshop for you!
